SHIPPING

Once you have made your purchase, your order will take 4-6 weeks to be made and sent to you. As we are a small business we must meet minimum quantity orders to our manufacturers. *This means we must meet a minimum number requirement of orders before they commence manufacturing. If this is the case, your order may take longer than 4-6 weeks and you will be notified at the 4-week mark.
 
You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information once the order leaves our Melbourne warehouse.
 
All orders are shipped via Sendle, which is 100% carbon neutral. Once your piece is complete and has been booked with our delivery services, we will update you with a tracking number.

Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery to NSW, QLD, VIC and ACT. Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery to NT, SA and WA. We do not currently offer international shipping.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

At Crumble, we’re all about cutting down waste, not creating more of it, which is why it’s important that our customers purchase with certainty.

Each of our pieces is made to order so unfortunately we cannot accept refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@crumbleinterior.com.au if the piece appears defective or damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product is deemed faulty, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will be in touch to notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method.
Remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, but if you haven’t received the funds within 5 to 7 working days, please get in touch with us. If you wish for your faulty product to be repaired and returned to you, we can arrange for this. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
