ONCE I PURCHASE, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Once you have made your purchase, your order will take 4-6 weeks to be made and sent to you.

Please note, we must meet minimum quantity orders as outlined by our manufacturers.
This means we must meet a minimum requirement of order numbers before they can commence manufacturing our products.

In an instance where minimum requirements are not met, your order may take longer than 4-6 weeks and you will be notified at the 4-week mark. With these circumstances, you will have the option for a full-refund.

CAN I GET TWO CRUMBLE PLINTHS THAT ARE IDENTICAL?

No plinths are identical, each piece is made with a unique composition of different plastics. This is due to the materials we are working with - it is a waste material, not a perfect science.

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, your plinth may vary slightly in colour and pattern to the plinths shown on the website or socials. 

We do quality control checks before sending the product to you, and if we deem there are major blemishes or differences to what you have been advertised, we will notify you before sending it out to you.

WHAT KIND OF PLASTIC ARE CRUMBLE PRODUCTS MADE FROM?

Crumble furniture is made from recycled High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE). Most household items are made from this type of plastic – bottled water, shampoo and conditioner bottles, cleaning products and so on.

The plastic bottles and lids are all donated to our manufacturers from various industries.

IS MY CRUMBLE PLINTH SUITABLE FOR OUTSIDE USE?

Crumble plinths are not suitable for outdoor use as they aren’t weatherproof. We know, your piece would look amazing lounging by the pool and we are working on it. For now, keep it safe and sound indoors.
